Financial Services
Anything from life insurance rates to stock and mutual fund sales including disability insurance, IRA's, 401K’s, group, life and medical insurance, group pension plans and financial planning.

Personal Insurance Lines
Personal insurance coverage for homes, autos, personal liability and umbrella (excess) liability including personal jewelry, furs, and other valuable property; none of the above being used in operation of a business.

Commercial Insurance Lines
This term includes all business insurance dealing with business property, business auto, general liability, and worker’s compensation relating to the operation of a business but excluding personal coverage.

Property and Casualty
This is a general term used in the industry indicating property, liability, and auto pertaining to both business and personal forms of insurance.

Multi-peril Coverage
This indicates a combining of property liability, burglary, theft and other coverage that may be needed into one policy. This type of policy is available for personal and business coverages. The best example of this is the homeowners’ policy.
